Chocolate Sugar Free Syrup

Ingredients
1 cup XyloSweet8 oz tap water1 cup Dry Cocoa, unsweetened1/4 tsp salt1 tsp Guar Gum powder1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
1. Combine XyloSweet and water in a pot and heat on med-high until almost a boil.
2. Add Guar gum, salt and cocoa.
3. Stir until slightly thick.
4. Turn off heat, add vanilla.
5. Pour into a glass container. Cool.

Refrigerate for 90 days.
