Homemade Tortilla

2 c. Flour1 tsp. Baking Powder1/2 tsp. Salt1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil3/4 c. Water
1. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. By hand, combine dry ingredients with vegetable oil until it is the consistency of corn meal.
3. Add water and kneed for about 6 minutes adding more flour as needed
4. Divide the dough into 12 small balls.
5. Roll out the balls of dough into round tortillas.
6. Pre-heat a sprayed skillet pan. Cook the tortillas on each side until bubbled and slightly browned.
