Banana and date muffins

Ingredients
2 cups of rye flour (may also use buckwheat or spelt)1 cup of desiccated coconut1/2 cup coconut oil1/2 cup maple syrup2 eggs3 bananas1 cup of dates, soaked and chopped2 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla essence
Directions
Preheat oven to 160 degrees celcius
Blend the bananas, eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla essence together.
Mix dry ingredients together and fold into wet ingredients. Stir through chopped dates and spoon into 12 case muffin tin.
I played around with cooking time but about 20-25 minutes should be enough.
