quinoa porridge

Ingredients
75g quinoafresh nutmeg to taste2-3 tablesoons milk4 tablespoons low fat natural live yoghurt1 banana peeled adn chopped
Directions
Place th equinoa in a sauce pan with 350-375 mil (12-13 fl oz) water and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 15 mins. The mixture shoud be quite sloppy
Tip the mixture into a blender and process with the nutmeg and milk. To give a porridge like consistency. Return to the pan and gently reheat. Serve topped with yoghurt and sliced banana.
