Ingredients
Organic Quinoa - 1 Cup Dry 1 can Organic Black Beans4TBS Annie's Woodstock dressing
Directions
Boil 2 Cups Water, add 1 cup dry quinoa and simmer covered for 15-20 minutes.
Place in bowl and add 1 can (drained, rinsed) black beans and 4+ TBS Annie's Woodstock dressing. Serve warm or cold.
