Ingredients
12 oz One Pie SquashSplenda brown sugar blendground nutmegground cinnamonground pumpkin spiceequivalent two egg substitutesone pie shell
Directions
Blend well canned squash, brown sugar, evaporated milk and eggs. Adding ground nutmeg, cinnamon. Set aside.

Roll out pie dough, place in one 9" round greased pie dish. Pour in Squash mixture. Sprinkle top of liquid with pumpkin pie spice.

Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes. Reduce oven heat to 375 degrees F and bake an additional 45 minutes.

Cool when done, serve warm with yogurt or whipped substitute.
