Apple, Raisin & Curry Tuna Fish

Ingredients
3-12 oz. Cans Tuna Fish Packed in Water1 Cup Mayo1 Cup "Golden" RaisinsEnough Chopped Apples so that every bite has apple in it (I typically use 3 medium gala, or 1 very large honey crisp and 1 medium gala)1/2 Cup Sweet Pickle Relish*2 Tablespoons Curry Powder*Optional
Directions
Dump canned tuna in a collander (in kitchen sink) to drain. Use hands to break down and separate tuna. Mix all ingredients together and chill. When the salad has had a day to sit in frig, the raisins soak up moisture and become very plump and juicy.
