Yummy tofu salad

Ingredients
*2 cups of lettuce. I recommend a blend of romaine and arugula.*1/4 cup of sliced red pepper (about 1/4 of a pepper)*1/2 of a pear chopped*1 tablespoon Brianna's Poppyseed dressing*2 servings of Baked Thai Tofu (pictured)
Directions
Place lettuce in a bowl or your to-go container. Chop red pepper and pear, place over lettuce. Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces. Drizzle dressing and enjoy, or enjoy later for lunch.
