Ingredients
Meatloaf:8 oz Extra Lean Ground Beef 96/41/8 cup plain bread crumbs1/4 packet (7 grams) of dry onion soup mix1.5 tbsp liquid egg whites2 oz (57 grams) tomato soupTopping:3 tbsp tomato soup
Directions
Mix all ingredients for the meatloaf together. Separate into 3 equal portions. Place in regular muffin tin. Top each mini-loaf with 1tbsp tomato soup. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle (160F).
