Cheeseburger Macaroni

Ingredients
1lb Ground Beef 93% lean2c Beef Broth1 Can Rotel1 Packet Taco Seasoning2c Elbow Macaroni2T Butter2T Flour3/4 c Milk (1%)1c Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Brown hamburger. Add beef broth, rotel (undrained), taco seasoning, and elbow macaroni. Cook until macaroni is tender. While beef/macaroni mixture is cooking, melt butter in a pot. When melted, add flour. Mix with a wisk to form a roux. Once the roux is lightly browned, add milk. Bring to a boil and thickened and smooth. Remove from heat and add cheese. Mix cheese mixture into beef/macaroni mixture. Serve.
