2 c water, 1/2 c almonds, and 1 medium apple, blended until smooth2 tbs vinegar3/4 c sugar3 c whole wheat flour1/2 tsp salt4 tsp baking powder1 c chopped or blended in cherries (pitted)
Directions
Pour into nonstick mini-muffin baking sheet
