Gluten Free French-Italian Sandwich Bread

Ingredients
Bread Flour Mix A (3 Cups), 1 serving (remove)Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, 3 tbsp (remove)*xanthan gum, 2 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)*Yeast - Active Dry (Hodgson Mill), 0.25 oz, 1 packet (remove)
Directions
Whisk wet ingredients. Whisk dry ingredients. Pour wet ingredients in bread pan. Sprinkle dry ingredients over wet and spread gently. Put bread pan in machine and close lid. Set on homemade memory 1, dark crust. Scrape down sides during kneed cycle. Remove promptly. Should be 205 degrees.
