Almond Power Cookies

1/2 C almond butter4 oz. baby prunes3/4 C. brown sugar1 egg1 t. vanilla extract1 C. whole wheat flour1 1/2 C. oats1/4 t. salt1/4 t. baking soda1/2 C. soy protein powder1/4 C. milk1/2 C. raisins
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Lightly coat cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Cream together almond butter, prunes, and sugar. Add the beaten egg and vanilla to the mixture and blend well.
In a seperate bowl stir together flour, oats, salt, baking soda and soy protein.
Combine with creamed mixture and add milk and raisins.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly browned
Makes 24 cookies
