Caprese Salad

Ingredients
1 large ripe tomato cut into 6 slices4oz buffalo mozzarella2 large basil leaves1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil dash saltdash coarse ground black pepper
Directions
place tomato slices on a platter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. drizzle with olive oil. chop the basil and sprinkle over tomato then slice the cheese into 6 even slices and place over the tomatoes.
