Salad Dressing for veg/fruit salad

Ingredients
2 T Eden Organic unfiltered vinegar2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tsp. lemon juice (from lemon or reconstituted)1/2 - 2/3 C Nu Naturals More Fiber Stevia Baking Blend1/4-1/2 C water to thin to desirable consistencyPut all ing. in a shaker and shake until thoroughly mixed. You may want to use a spoon to finish it up. The Stevia blend makes it pretty thick, which is why I add some water to thin it out a bit. Obviously, if you use more water, less calories, less water, more calories.The original recipe called for reg. vinegar, canola oil, and sugar. This is much healthier and tastes great.
Directions

Serving Size: Generally a salad that will serve 6 - 8 - depends on how much dressing you like on your salad. A little goes a long ways with this.
