2 eggs2 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese0.5 tbsp. raw sugar (or 1 packet Splenda)Dash of cinnamon
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Let sit for a minute to let the foam settle. Cook as you would regular pancakes (using Pam or other cooking spray!) Enjoy with blueberries or strawberries!!
