Fabulously Fast Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 tbsp oil3 pcs. pork tenderloin1 clove garlic minced 1 1/2 cups 25% less sodium chicken broth2 cups small broccoli florets1 small onion sliced1 1/2 cups instant white rice uncooked1/4 cup asian sesame dressing
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet on medium high heat. Add Meat and garlic - cook and stir for 4 min or until meat is cooked through.

Add broth and veggies, mix well, bring to boil.

Stir in rice and dressing, cover. Reduce to low and simmer 5 min, remove from heat, let stand 5 min and fluff with fork.
