Yummy Corn Muffins spicy style

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups yellow cornmeal (organic preferred)1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or rice milk)1/2 cup water3/4 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels (organic non GMO)1/4 cup chopped green onions (aprox 3 thin onions)1/2 teaspoon salt1 tbsp olive oilpickled peppers to add spice ( calorie count included but can omit for the people who do not like spicy)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix cornmeal, almond milk, water and olive oil in medium bowl. Stir until well combined. Add corn, green onions salt and pickled peppers. Mix well.

Line muffin pan with papers. Fill all 12 cups about 3/4 full and bake 20 minutes.
