Garlic and Onion Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
2.5 lbs Ground Turkey, extra lean1/2 c. plain bread crumbs1.5 Tbsp olive oil1 large egg1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce3 cloves garlic, diced finely1/4 c. onion diced finely1 tsp kosher salt1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Put the ground turkey in a large mixing bowl. Dice the garlic and onion finely and add to the meat along with the olive oil, egg, salt and pepper. Add half the bread crumbs and knead mixture together with your hands until everything is well incorporated. Add the remaining breadcrumbs and repeat.

Form into patties and cook on the grill for 6 minutes a side, or until juices run clear.

Serving Size: Makes 10 4 oz. patties.
