Pam's super veggie and pork chop soup

Ingredients
I head cabbage4 lean pork chops, diced4 med red potatoes, diced1 cup fresh mushrooms, diced3 med celery stalks, diced1 cup baby carrots, diced2 cans Cut diced petite tomatoes1/4 green pepper, diced1/4 cup onion, dicedIn 6 quart pan, Boil pork chops until cooked and tender, then add veggies. Add water, and simmer over 2 hoursMakes 10 heaping servings!
