Banana Bread W/ Protein

Ingredients
Egg x 2brown sugar 3/4 cupbanana 1 cupapplesauce 3/4 cupsmart balance (softened) 4 TBflour 1 3/4 cupprotein powder x 1 scoopbaking powder 2 tspbaking soda 1tsp
Directions
Beat together eggs, brown sugar, applesauce, and smart balance spread. Add in the banana. Beat until smooth. Mix together dry ingredients. Add that to the wet ingredients. Mix. Pour into greased bread pan. Bake at 375 for about 55 minutes or until fork/toothpick comes out clean.
