German Semolina Pudding

Ingredients
2 c Milk (this recipe made with whole milk, but can change that to your preference)2 tsp Sugar1/3 c Semonlina (unenriched)
Directions
boil the milk in a well insulated pan, stirring occasionally. Mix semolina and sugar together and add to the boiling milk. Stirr continuously and let boil again. As soon as boil starts, take off heat and continue stirring until the texture resembles pudding. Serve in a boil and top with chocolate pieces for added flavor.
