400g (1tin) Lite Sweetened Condensed Milk2 1/2 cups Rolled Oats1 cup Shredded Coconut150g Dried Cranberries100g Dried Blueberries15g Apple Spread (Apple syrup)
Mix dry ingredients
Add sweetened condensed milk and apple spread
Mix until all are well combined
Press into well oiled tin so that it is about an inch high
Bake at 125C for about an hour (or until top is browned)
