Pumpkin Dessert Bread

Ingredients
2 cups flour1 cup whole wheat flour1 1/2 cups granulated sugar1 Tbsp ground cinnamon1tsp baking soda16 ounce can pumpkin1 cup canola oil3 large eggs
Directions
Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Stir the liquids into the dry mixture until all are moistened. Pour into 3 small pans, 3 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool and slice.

Serving Size: Each loaf makes 16 slices.
