Brown Rice with Herbs

Ingredients
2 Cups cooked brown rice ( 1 cup raw cooked in 2 1/4 cups water)olive oil 2 cloves garlic mincedonions choppedcelery dicedcarrots diced sundried tomato chopped into piecesFresh thyme 3-4msprigs or 1 tsp driedFresh Oregano 1 sprig or 1 tsp driedFresh Parsley chopped half cup or 1/4 cup driedChicken Broth low sodium
Directions
saute onions and garlic in olive oil add carrots and celery cook a couple of mins then add sun dried tomato then add 1/4 cup of broth when carrots and celery are tender about 5 mins add rice and broth as needed to prevent drying out add herbs at the end
