Ingredients
1 cup flour5 eggs1 cup of milk 2 tbsp maple syrup1 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
Whip together all four ingredients. In a small non stick greased ( cooking spray) frying pan over medium low heat add 1/4 cup of mixture. Spread mixture evenly to coat bottom.When it starts to have little holes in it flip and cook other side.
Garnish with fruit , nutela or maple syrup.
