*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped *Peppers, sweet, yellow, fresh, .5 cup, chopped Panko Bread Crumbs, 0.75 cup Garlic, 2 cloves 2 cans Pink Salmon Egg, fresh, 1 large Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp lemon zest
Combine peppers, onions, panko, garlic, and salmon.
In a small bowl, combine egg, worcestershire sauce, salt, parsley, black pepper,lemon juice, & lemon zest Mix two mixtures together, tossing gently to combine. Make into 8 patties. Coat a grill pan or skillet with cooking spray & heat over medium-high heat until hot. Cook patties 5 minutes each side.
