1 Tbsp Olive Oil˝ C Diced Onion1 tsp Crushed Garlic1 lb (16oz) 93% Lean Ground Beef1 Can Rotel2 Envelopes Sazon Goya1 Envelope Taco Seasoning with low sodium1 Tbsp Chili powder
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until translucent, about 3 minutes. Add the beef and crumble. Cook until no pink remains. Reduce heat to medium and add Rotel and seasonings. Cook on medium-low until the tomatoes are soft and all of the flavors have combined. This can take anywhere from ten minutes to an hour, the longer it cooks, the better it will be.
Serve warm with tortillas, salad, chips, potatoes, and more! Let your imagination take control!
