Alfredo Sauce (glenda's homemade)

Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter3 tablespoons white flour1 cup of half and half (I like landolakes)1 cup of grated pamessan cheese1/2 teaspon of white pepper.
Directions
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a saute pan on low heat. Add flour to melted butter and stir. Once the consistency is that of a roux, slowly wisk in 1 cup of half and half. Sauce will thicken somewhat. Add pepper and wisk in 1 cup of parmesan grated cheese. Serve over fettucine or other posta with a grilled protein.

    serving size says 2 tablespoons, after the directions,
    BUT it says this recipe is one serving
    the calories and fat does not fit the serving size of 2 tablespoons, but the total ingredients
