Baked Teriyaki Chicken

1 tbs cornstarch1 tbs cold water1/2 cup soy sauce4 tbs Truvia (normally calls for 1/2 cup sugar)1/2 cup honey1/4 cup cider vinegar1 clove garlic1/2 tsp ground ginger1/4 tsp black peper5 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the cornstarch, cold water, sugar, soy sauce, vindgar, garlic, ginger and ground black peper. Let simmer, stirring frequently until sauce bubbles and thickens.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Place chicken peices in a lightly greased baking dish, pour sauce over chicken.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes turn chicken and back for an additional 30 minutes.
