Ingredients
Urad dal - 1 cupIdli Rice - 2 cupsMethi seeds - 1 tspPoha - 1/2 cup
Directions
soak Urad + methi and Idli rice + Roha seperately overnight. Grind urad to a smooth paste and grind rice to a slightly coarse texture and mix the two.

Add 1 tsp salt to the batter and Ferment for 6-9 hours. the dough should almost double..then steam small portions in the idli plate for 15 min.

Serving Size: makes 36 medium sized idlis
