Lala's Creamy Chicken Enchilada Crock Pot Soup

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 lbsBell Peppers (I used green, red, yellow and orange bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 4 cup (2 small cans) La Palma Green Chile Enchilada Sauce (1 cup)Del Monte Diced Tomato with Green Chilis (mild), 2.50 cup (1 can)Kroger Black Beans, 1 cup Kroger Fat Free Cream Cheese, 16 tbsp (1 box)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields
Directions
cut, chop and dice everything and put in crockpot on low for 6-8 hours.

i put in a cup of water about half way through cooking because it cooks down a little

can even add other stuff like tortilla chips, sour cream, shredded cheddar on top but those are not in the calorie count..

enjoy as a soup or over rice or in tortillas!
