Ingredients
Lemon Juice, .25 cup About 2 lemonsOlive Oil, 2 tbspHoney, 1 tbspApples, fresh, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia) pealed & dicedCelery, raw, 1 cup, dicedParsley, .25 cup, choppedWalnuts, .25 cup, choppedSunflower Seeds, with salt added, .25 cupFigs, dried, 5 figs choppedSalt and PepperOptional 1 Green Onion diced
Directions
Mix Honey, Oil, and lemon juice in large bowl. Chop all furit and veggies and toss in the bowl. Mix Well.
