Cream of Wheat "corn" bread

Ingredients
1 c. Cream of Wheat (regular not instant)1 c. flour1/4 c. sugar2 eggs1 c. milk*4 tsp. baking powder4 tbsp. cooking oil
Directions
Mix all together and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

*I used 1/2 cup of soymilk and 1/2 cup of whole milk. Use lowfat milk to make a lower calorie bread.

Serving Size: Makes 16 servings.
