1 pound dried beans 7 cups water 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped 3 celery stalks, chopped 3 garlic cloves, chopped 3 tablespoons Creole seasoningLouis Rich Turkey Smoked Sausage, 6 servingPepper, black, 1 tsp(remove)Chili powder, 1 tsp(remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp(remove)Basil, 1 tbsp(remove)*Beef Bullion (2 cubes), 1 serving(remove)Water, tap, 7 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)
Directions
put all ingredients into slow cooker on medium for 7 hours or until beans done through. serve over rice if desired
