2 chicken breasts cut in half1 cup salsa1/2 cup greek yogurt1/2 cup sour cream1 t cuminpinch paprika1/8 t cayenne pepperpinch chili powder1/2 t garlic saltpinch black pepper1/2 t onion powder
put all in crock pot and cook on high for two hours or low for 4 hours or until chicken is done. My crock pot is a little hot, so this is an estimate.
I altered this from another recipe here because i don't like cream of mushroom soup, but I enjoy creamy foods. The greek yogurt adds that creaminess without as much salt.
