Coconut French Toast

Ingredients
1 c almond milksugar substitute 1/ c fat free milk3 eggs8 slices WW breadCooking spray1 c chunk pineapple1/2 sweetened coconut
Directions
Preheat oven to 200
Place baking sheet in oven
Combine milks and eggs, sweeten to taste with sugar substitute. Stir with whisk. Dip bread in milk mixture and let stand for 1 min each side.
Heat large nonstick skillet over med-high heat, coat with cooking spray. Cooks for 2 mins. each side until browned. Put on pan in oven to keep warm.
Heat grill pan over med-high heat. Add pineapple and grill for 2 mins. on each side. Place Place on toast. Top with coconut.
