Almost Fried Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients
Red PotatoesRosemaryFresh Ground Pepper (to taste)Pam Olive Oil Spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Rinse off potatoes. Cut potatoes into approximately 1" pieces. Put into a bowl. Spray with Pam Olive Oil Spray, then sprinkle with dried rosemary. Sitr, spray again and add more rosemary.

Spread potatoes onto baking sheet. Add fresh ground pepper to preference. Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
