slow cooked red lentil and chicken curry

Ingredients
2 tins of chopped tomatoes 100g red lentils 3 skinless and boneless chicken breast2 large onions4 peppers curry sauce mix
Directions
chop and dry fry 4 mixed peppers and 2 large onions, then add to slow cooker on low setting,add 2 tins of chopped tomatoes and 100 gram of red lentils.Cut 3 chicken breasts up into chunks and fry in a little olive oil just to seal . add to slow cooker mix curry powder with cold waterand add to pot .cook on low for 6 hours season .
Serve with boiled brown rice or wholemeal pittas
