Ingredients
20 ozs of tenderized steak1.25 cup Carbquick floursalt and pepper to tast
Directions
Take 4 tenderized peices of steak
mix dry ingredients together, beat two eggs in seperate bowl.
take 4 paties dip into dry mixture then into egg then back into dry mixture, then directly into frying pan. use left over dry to make into gravy
