Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Chocolate Cake pre-mix packageI substitute all the ingredients on the back for lower-fat/gluten free options, I plan on topping mine off with NO-FAT cream cheese icing. Without the icing this recipe=143 cal/serving and 7.8 g/fat
Directions
Mix and cook as detailed on the back of the package, for the icing ( 2 oz powdered sugar, 4 oz low-fat yogurt butter, 4oz fat free cream cheese and 1 tsp vanilla extract) blend until smooth apply evenly over cake.

Serving Size: I leave in two pans to last longer makes 16 servings=8s/pan
