Cowpeas (blackeyes), 4 cup (cooked)Ham, 2 cup, diced (cooked)Brown Rice, medium grain, 2 cup (cooked)Onion Powder 1 tbspSalt (if desired)
Directions
Add onion powder and ham to rice while cooking. Combine all ingredients when rice is cooked.
