0.25 tsp Pepper, black 1 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked 3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 6 tbsp Breakstone's Sour Cream, fat free 2.50 serving campbell's 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup (1 can = 2.5 servings) 20 serving Meatballs w/Turkey 4 cup Spaghetti, cooked without added salt (pasta)
Cook and drain noodles, set aside. While pasta is cooking combine next 6 ingredients in a med. sauce pan. Heat till smooth and thick, stir frequently. Cover and cook for 10 min on low heat. Remove from heat, add sour cream, stir thoroughly. Serve over noodles. Add some extra vegetables on the side.
