Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

1 lb Ground Beef1 lb Pork Sausage1 Cup Rice, Cooked1 Onion, Diced16 Cabbage Leaves, Separated3 Cans Shredded Sour Kraut
Cook Rice and cool. While rice is cooking, separate cabbage leaves, cook slightly and drain. Mix sausage, ground beef, onions and cooked rice. Salt and pepper if using. Roll about 1/2 cup of mixture into each cabbage leaf and place in 9X11 baking dish. Pour the sour kraut over rolls and put just enough water into dish to cover about 1/3 of the rolls. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees until the rolls are easily pierced by a fork.
Serving Size: Makes 16 servings of one roll each.
