BBQ Sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's), 1/2 cup Chicken Breast Tenderloin, frozen, 6 oz Beans, black, 1 cup Mini Pepper (sweet bell peppers), about 1 cup 1 cup onion chopped garlic 1-2 cloves1 cup celery and carrot puree Optional(I had leftovers from a strained broth soup) 24 wonton wrappers
Place all items except wonton wrappers in crock pot. Set on low for 6 hours or high for 4. Shred chicken and mix back in with sauce. let chicken absorb sauce before serving about half an hour on low. put about tablespoon of cooled pulled chicken in center of each wonton wrap. wet outside corner and fold into triangle. crimp edges. spray baking sheet with cooking spray. spray top of wontons. bake until crispy at 400 about 8 mins. you can also make wonton cups by putting in muffin tins and baking wontons until crisp. put in filling after cooled and top with a little light sour cream.
