Ingredients
1 (14 oz.) Pkg. Caramels3 Tbsp. Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread1 Tbsp. Water12 C. Air-Popped Popcorn2 C. Mini NILLA Wafers
Directions
1. Heat oven to 300 degrees F. Cook caramels, Smart Balance, & water in large saucepan on low heat until caramels are melted, stirring frequently.
2. Combine popcorn & wafers in large bowl. Add caramel mixture; toss to coat. Spread onto large greased baking sheet.
3. Bake 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Spread onto sheet of waxed paper; cool. Break into clusters.
