1 (3 oz.) Pkg. Sugar Free Berry Blue Gelatin2 C. Boiling Water, Divided1/2 C. Cold Water, Divided1 (3 oz.) Pkg. Sugar Free Strawberry Gelatin1 (15 oz.) C. Pear Halves, Drained & Cubed
1. In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in 1 c. boiling water. Stir in 1/4 c. cold water. Pour into an ungreased 9-inch x 5-inch x 3-inch loaf pan. Refrigerate until firm. Repeat with strawberry gelatin & remaining boiling & cold water. When gelatin is set, cut into cubes. Just before serving, gently combine gelatin cubes & pears in a large glass bowl or individual dishes.
