Ingredients
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 32 fl ozPeppers, sweet, red, raw, diced, 1 cupOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedSpinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz), choppedMilk, 2%, .25 cupCheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shreddedSalt, 1 tspPepper, red or cayenne, .25 tbspPepper, black, .25 tbspGround Mustard Powder, .25 tbspFarmland 95% Fat Free Cubed Ham, 1 package
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 425 for at least 30 minutes or until edges are brown and center is no longer liquid.
