Mix-in-the-pan Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour1 tsp baking soda1 c. granular sugar1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa1/2 tsp. salt1T. cider vinegar1 tsp. vanilla1/3 c. oil1 c. water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients in pan. Make 3 holes, put vinegar in one, vanilla in another and oil in the last hole. Pour water over the top. Mix well with a fork. Watch the corners.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center of cake come out clean. Cool, serve from pan.
