Chiles Rellenos

Ingredients
1 Red Bell Pepper1 Egg1/2 cup of rice1/2 cup of beef chopped2 tbsp olive oilSalt and Pepper
Directions
Fry the beef with your preferred spices, salt and pepper.
Have the white rice cooked and ready.
Boil the red bell peppers until tender but not too much. Once those are ready stuff them with the beef and the rice well seasoned with your favorite spices.
whip the eggs all together and bathe the stuffed pepper in the mixture (be careful not to lose your stuffing) and fry it in the pan with olive oil for about 10 minutes or so.
